How we have helped our customers with Renovations & Extensions

We recently had a client wishing to renovate her inner-city home.  She wanted to maximise light and space within a small footprint and had a realistic budget but not an extensive one.  Thinking she was doing the right thing by her property, she engaged an architect to draw up her plans.  This cost her $38,000.  These plans were beautiful but cost twice her budget to implement.  She was in tears.  Talking with us, we redesigned the plans to achieve her goals within her budget – this project is now underway.
